One of the Largest Youth Linemen Events in the Country
The Super Linemen National Competition is one of the largest youth linemen development events in the country, bringing together 400 middle school and high school linemen from schools nationwide for a powerful, high‑impact day of training and competition. This free event gives young athletes access to elite instruction, mentorship, and opportunities normally reserved for advanced programs. What Happens at the Super Linemen Event on April 18, 2026
On April 18, 2026, the Costa Mesa High School Mustang Football Field transforms into a full‑scale training arena featuring:
- Skill stations and competitive drills
- Mentorship zones led by Jesse Sapolu, professional coaches, and guest speakers
- High‑energy challenges designed for both middle school linemen and high school linemen
- Live demonstrations focused on technique, discipline, and character development
This is more than a competition — it’s a national gathering of young athletes hungry to learn, grow, and push their limits.
What Students Will Experience
Participants will take part in a series of linemen‑specific challenges designed to test strength, technique, agility, and football IQ. Each station is led by experienced coaches who provide real‑time feedback and encouragement. Athletes will also have opportunities to meet peers from across the country, build camaraderie, and learn from mentors who have played at the collegiate and professional levels. Whether they are new to the position or seasoned competitors, every participant leaves with new skills, greater confidence, and a deeper understanding of what it means to excel as a lineman.

Through Men in the Trenches (MITT) — Jesse’s national linemen training program — he has helped thousands of students and athletes build the technique, mindset, and character required to succeed both on and off the field. Super Linemen extends this legacy by giving youth from all backgrounds access to the same level of mentorship, training, and community that MITT has provided for over a decade.
